Purpose:This study analyzed and compared the shoulder strength and pitching technology characteristics between before and after the pitching training of rotator cuff injuries pitcher, and then provided prevention and treatment of rotator cuff injury basedon biomechanics.Method:8male baseball professional pitchers participated. The study used three-dimensional video graphic analysis and Isokinetic testing to record the subjects' process of fastball between before and after the pitching training(continuous fast ball pitching motion120times). After analyzing and comparing the data of3D and Isokinetic testing, the study used independent samples T-Test and Pearson correlation index to analyze the differences and correlation of those indexes.Result:The group of before pitching training(B) had a shoulder internal rotation active angle of56.63±15.96°, while the group of after pitching training(A) of49.50±19.00°, and the velocity of hand was about16.34±1.35m/s, while the A was about15.83±1.63m/s, there was an significant difference between the two groups. The trunk twist angle at the maximum shoulder external rotation moment and ball shot moment of the two groups were significantly different. The maximum shoulder horizontal adduction angle velocity, shoulder internal rotation angle velocity and maximum trunk twist angle velocity of the two groups were significantly different. The changes of trunk twist angle at the follow phase of the two groups were significantly different. The correlation among the indexes showed that the result of Empty Can Test, shoulder internal rotation active angle, shoulder external rotation angle and elbow extension angle at the leading foot contact moment and the hand velocity were significantly related. The shoulder internal rotation peak torque/body weight and average power/body weight of the two groups were significantly different. Conclusion:After the pitching training, shoulder internal rotation angles and internal rotation muscles strength decreased significantly of rotator cuff injury pitcher. Fatigue caused by pitching training does not change the upper limbs motion technology of rotator cuff injuries pitcher, but technology will significantly affect the upper limbs and trunk movement effects technology. The key affecting of hand velocity was internal and external rotation range, and isokinetic testing of shoulder external rotation torque indicator hasn't correlation with the hand velocity.
