In clinical treatment, the control of heart failure is not satisfactory, with high incidence rate and mortality. The reasons are mainly ascribed to the lack of strictly enforced treatment guidelines and effective therapy methods for heart failure disease. By means of engineering technology, a heart failure disease treatment model supported by pharmacodynamic simulation was established. The main work and achievement conclude as follows:1) Analyze clinical data, and acquire heart failure characteristic parameters2) Use structured flow-chart to sort out the heart failure guideline and clinical experience. Achieve the process of clinician's treatment with a computer.3) Utilize multi-objective optimization algorithm to evaluate the detailed conditions of heart failure and give the right medicine according to the diverse symptoms:firstly, employ cluster analysis to divide physiological parameters into six sub-class, simultaneously take advantage of membership function to obtain fuzzy membership of physiological parameters, secondly determine the weights of each parameters on the principle of least squares estimation and maximum entropy. Then produce grade indexes though a weighted sum of fuzzy membership, finally make the therapy decision based on the grade indexes.4) Simulate the drug action. By a cardiovascular model, the drug effectiveness is simulated and judged. Furthermore, patients' cardiac condition after treatment is also predicted. This study presents a fast parameters estimation algorithm for estimating parameters, speeding up the efficiency.5) Test and verify the disease treatment model in clinical cases of analysis. The test results show that:the model decision is correspond to the practical situation with a correct rate of 91% and viewed as an individualized plan for patients. The model is effective in heart failure treatment and has a good prospect.
