Objective:To reduce the misunderstandings and conflicts with parents in our work. We make the intervention in order to alleviated the pain and intense fear of children who were first give venipuncture in outpatient infusion room, and relieve the negative emotional reaction which give to the neuroendocrine system。Methods:It is random to select 160 children who were first given venipuncture in our infusion room and equally divided into the experimental and control groups. Each group divided into 3 different groups according to age. Group One(0-3 years) given the epidural one hour before injection in experimental group. Group Two(4-7 years) given psychological intervention one hour before injection in experimental group. Group Three(8-14 years) given venipuncture which is painless. All groups compared with the controls which is given traditional venipuncture.Results:In Group One; Two; Three, The experimental group have significant statistically compared with The controls in expression; movement and so on(p <0.01). In the course of treatment, we acquired satisfied result in childrenCompliance and patient satisfaction.Conclusion:In venipuncture, to adopt the epidural; given psychological intervention and given painless venipuncture can acquired satisfied result in children Compliance and reduce the misunderstandings and conflicts with parents.
