Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of MR time-resolved imaging of contrast kinetics (TRICKS) in lower extremity arterial disease of diabetic foot. Methods:Retrospective analysis of18cases of lower extremity arteries in diabetic foot were performed by TRICKS scanning and DSA examinations, the vascular divided into six segments, with DSA as the standard, on the popliteal artery, tibiofibular artery trunk, anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery, peroneal artery, dorsalis pedis arteries for analysis. TRICKS examination revealed stenosis calculated the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy, using SPSS13.0statistical software, using paired chi-square test, test levelĪ±=0.05, compared with DSA, TRICKS examination of the lower extremity arterial disease of diabetic foot with or without statistical difference between the narrow diagnosis. Consistency analysis using Kappa test, P<0.05as statistical difference between whether or not the standard. Results:In the216arterial segments, the two revealed the same187,21were TRICKS overvalued, undervalued8. TRICKS for lower extremity arterial stenosis determine the average accuracy of86.57%, the average sensitivity of90.98%, specificity was75.79%. TRICKS and DSA test results accurately graded according to the degree of stenosis, both the total coincidence rate was86.57%, dorsal artery compliance rate was80.56%lower.Conclusion:TRICKS is a diagnosis of lower extremity vascular disease is a reliable method to identify blood vessels with or without stenosis with the basic equivalent to DSA, TRICKS diagnostic value compared with the DSA approach; on the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular certain advantages. TRICKS examination revealed a narrow stenosis with DSA,the rate has good consistency(Kappa).
