The multi-dimensional fingerprinting of qi-shen-yi-qi dropping pills was established by HPLC-UV and GC-MS. Adopting the technology of information fusion to establish a complihensive method of similarity evaluation to assessing the similarity among the different batches of qi-shen-yi-qi dropping pill.1. The HPLC fingerprinting 1 of qi-shen-yi-qi dropping pills was established with colummn Agilent SB-C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm i.d.,5μm). The mobile phase was ACN(A)-0.08%FA/H2O(B), and the gradient elution was applied in chromatographic separation:0 min,5%A; 15 min,23%A; 25 min,24%A; 40min,40%A; 44 min,58%A; 55min,58%A. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The column temprature was 25℃, and the injection volumn was 10μL.2. The HPLC fingerprinting 2 of qi-shen-yi-qi dropping pills was established with colummn Agilent SB-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm). The mobile phase was ACN(A)-0.02%HAc/H2O(B), and the gradient elution was applied in chromatographic separation:0 min,20% A;20 min,33%A;25 min,35%A;35 min,43%A;55 min,80%A;65 min,90%A. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. The column temprature was 35℃, and the injection volumn was 20μL.3. The GC-MS fingerprinting 3 of qi-shen-yi-qi dropping pills was established with quartz capillary column DB-5(30 m x 0.25 mm x 0.25μm). The initial column temperature was set at 70℃, after injection, then programmed at 10℃·min-1 to 135℃, then 5℃·min-1 to 150℃and maintained for 12 min. Splitness injection was conducted and helium was used as carrier gas of 1.0mL·min-1 flow rate. The spectrometers were operated in electron-impact (EI) mode, the scan range was 50-500 amu, the ionization energy was 70 eV. The inlet and ionization source temperature were 270℃and 230℃, respectively.4. A information fusion-based method was employed to evaluate the similarity of Multi-dimensional fingerprinting of qi-shen-yi-qi dropping pills.
