| Objective:To investigate the relation between the expression of MICA and biological behaviour of gastric cancer in carcinoma of stomach.Methods:1. Chooseforty patients who underwent radical gastrectomy at general surgery in medical college Qingdao university from Sep.2007 to Jan.2008, age 31-76, medial age 55; 31 instances for male; 9 instances for female.Selected samples were gastric cancer tissue, gastic normal tissue (to choose the tissue 6cm part from the edge of cancer tissue), infiltration depth all reached to serosa. All the samples were selected within 30min after operation, both portions for one type, one portion for pathology analysis, another conservation quickly for pre-emergency in liquid nitrogen, which to use for succedent RT-PCR analysis, the patients were all not received radiotherapy and chemotherapy, clinical and pathological informations were integrited, tumor stage was practiced according to NCCN in 2007.A11 cases were confirmed as gastric cancer by pathology.2.The expression of MICA in gastric cancer tissue and gastric normal tissue by RT-PCR analysis.3.Gather the clinical and pathology informations of gastric cancer tissue to explain the relation between the expression of MICA in gastric cancer tissue and gastric cancer biological behaviour.Results:(1) Fluorescent quantitative PCR results demonstrate that the expression of MICA in gastric cancer tissue (1.624±1.380) were obviously better than gastric normal tissue (1.072±0.524) (P<0.05); (2) Biological behaviour of gastric cancer tissue that highly express MICA is better, but that lowly express MICA is more malignant.Conclusion:(1) Gastric cancer tissue express highly MICA; (2) The expression of MICA is related with biological behaviour of gastric cancer tissue. |
