Objective:To observe the changes of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1) in non-ST-segment elevatinon myocardial infarction patients and evaluate the efficacy of Danshen freeze-dried powder injection on it.Methods: 110 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was given extra Danshen freeze-dried powder injection. The plasma PAI-1 levels were detected before treatment and after treatment 14 days. Meanwhile the relationship to occurrence of angina, severe arrhythmia and cardiac dysfunction were evaluated. Results:The plasma PAI-1 levels pre-treatment are close to normal both In the treatment group and the control group. While after 14 days treatment, the plasma PAI-1 level decreased significantly in the treatment group. The incidence rate of angina, severe arrhythmia and cardiac dysfunction in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion:Danshen freeze-dried powder injection for treatment of NSTEMI patients have significantly reduced PAI-1 levels, improved fibrinolytic activity, regulated the balance of fibrinolysis, and reduced the incidence of angina pectoris and serious arrhythmias and improved cardiac function. |
