Objective:To discuss the influence of carotid artery stenosis and blocking on cerebral perfusion with Multi-slice spiral CT.Method:Do joint inspection of CTA and CTP on 56 patients, and select the patients without unilateral carotid artery stenosis and no interference factor in brain as research object according to CTA images. According to the degree of carotid artery stenosis, level all the patients into three levels:mild stenosis with the definition of stenosis degree is less than 30 percent, moderate stenosis patient whose stenosis degree is more than or equal 30 percent and less than 59 percent, and severe stenosis patient whose stenosis degree is more than 60 percent. Each level of research object is analyzed independently. All patients were selected the basal ganglia and watershed area to process contrastively measuring between lesion side and uninjured side on brain perfusion imaging of CBV,CBF,MTT,TTP. During the measurement, select the range of 20mm and 30mm as region of interest (ROI), and avoid the cerebral infarction range as much as possible. On the scan layer all with illustrating of basal ganglia and watershed area, choose ROIs with the amount of between 3 and 5, calculate the average. Finally, analyze the experiment data using the statistical software of SPSS 17.0, express the result as x±s, and apply them in the paired t experiment.Result:Altogether there are 56 cases with unilateral carotid artery stenosis. As far as contrastive measurement between lesion side and uninjured side, there are 20 cases with mild stenosis, and no statistically difference of CBV,CBF,MTT,TTP (P> 0.05). Among are 18 cases with moderate stenosis, and no statistically difference of CBV,CBF,MTT,TTP (P> 0.05).There are 18 cases patients with severe stenosis, and high statistically difference of CBF,MTT (P<0.01), statistically difference of TTP (P<0.05), no statistically difference of CBV (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging can judge the intracranial internal carotid artery stenosis on cerebral blood perfusion and can provide information for the diagnosis and treatment of middle cerebral artery and internal carotid artery stenosis or occlusion.
