Clinical Research Of Autogenous Fat Transplantation By Injection To Improve Nasolabial Depress.

Objective: To study the clinical indications,procedure,operative skill, effect and complications control of the method of injection of autogenous fat to improve nasolabial foldMethods: according to the subject individual situation choose parts, generally take fat for thigh inside(5cases) and outside(2 cases) and lower abdomen(8 cases).Under tumescent infiltration,take the fat out gently and evenly with 20ml syringe,wash ,quiet place, screening the fat granule. The demanding volume of fat suspension was determined ,according with the volume of Lidocaine injected just filling up the depression, and inject the quality good fat into stratified recipient area with 1ml syringe according to need. Local massage in operation and postoperation. Postoperative given orally to prevent infection, generally not compression bandage .Results: 30 cases were corrected with our technique.No serious complications such as infection,necrosis,or liquefaction occurred after therapy.2 patients reinjected after six months because bilateral not completely symmetrical. The other patients satisfied with the results.After 6 months to 1 years follow—up, all depressions disappeared and the appearance looked good.Grafted fat volume each side ranged from 1 to 4 ml(mild:1～2m1,moderate:2～3ml,severe:3～4ml).Donor area restore good.30 female patients with nasolabial folds from mild to severe were included in our test according to the chart 1. Each group every 5.1,3 months after the injection,we evaluated the severity and the advancement of nasolabial fold according to the chart 2.Record results as the chart 3.Conclusion:To attach successful autologous fat granule transplantation,the key points are equitable design preoperation,the correct liposuction and injection in operation and good local treatment postoperation.①Syringe injection has an advantage over the other methods in Small amounts of autologous fat granule injection in face.②It should be washed clearly,static separation.③Reserves the upper part containing lipid after static separation. ASCs can be differentiated as former fat cells, promote adipose cell regeneration, promote the new tissue vascularized process.④Shorten the whole process from liposuction to injections. minimize the time of fat grain machinery and chemical damage is helpful to improve the survival rate of fat.⑤The demanding volume of fat was determined according with the volume of Swelling liquid injected just filling up the depression .Reduce injection pressure .It is possible to solve the problem such as pinhole jam-up,uneven fat distributing. This operation is easy to handle 1ess injurious. and can achieve the better reconstructive results .Injection of autologous fat granule is effective to the therapy of the mild to moderate nasolabial folds in the skin elasticity better female.
