[Objective]The purpose of this study was to detect and indentify the expression of MCM2, COX-2 and Ki-67 in valid and invalid specimens of patients who had cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT),so as to determine if Mcm2, COX-2 and Ki-67 expression could help predict the sensitivity response and feasibility analysis of cervical cancer NACT and to explore the significance of the different expressions of Mcm2, COX-2 and Ki-67 of patients who had cervical cancer NACT, before and after.[Methods] 20 cases'specimens of patients who had cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in our hospital were studied. The expressions of MCM2, COX-2 and Ki-67 were detected with computer-assisted data analysis and immunohistochemical Envision Labeled Polymer System (ELPS). In which 16 cases are valid and 4 cases are invalid. Same detective methods were using on specimens of patients who had neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT), before and after, to detect the expressions of MCM2, COX-2 and Ki-67. By using SPSS17.0 statistical software on data analysis, the results were measured by the mean and the standard deviation. Two group's data were compared with Paired-Samples T Test. P<0.05.Which shows statistical significance.[Results] 1. Not only the valid group but also the invalid group, two groups'clinical specimen expressions of MCM2 all shows positive. Expression of COX-2 in clinical valid group is 93.8% (15/16), while in clinical invalid group is 75% (3/4). And expression of Ki-67 in clinical valid group is 81.2% (13/16), while in clinical invalid group is 75% (3/4), one case shows high expression. 2. Expressions of MCM2, COX-2 and Ki-67 of patients who had cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT), before and after, have great differences. P<0.05.Which shows statistical significance.[Conclusion] 1. if MCM2, COX-2, Ki-67 could help predict the sensitivity response on clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) for cervical cancer is still not clear. 2. Expressions of MCM2, COX-2 and Ki-67 of patients who had cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT), before and after, have great differences. Which can be used on evaluate the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) to patients who has cervical cancer and have positive clinical significance.
