| Purpose:In this thesis,40 cases of females with chronic urinary infection were treated with Jiawei Xiaoyao San. Effects of Chronic Urinary Infection with integrated Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Antibiotics are to be observed.Method:In this experiment,40 cases of females with chronic urinary infection was divided into two groups randomly,40 cases in every group. Control group was treated with norfloxacin, each 200mg,2 times a day, treatment group take Jiawei Xiaoyao San besides Antibiotics. Both groups were taken 3 courses of treatment (2 weeks a course), then we observed the patients'condition of the two groups after treatment and the condition in the following 6 months.Results:(1)The efficiency of the treatment group is 85%, while the efficiency of the control group is 70%.(2)Comparison of the syndrome integration before and after treatment:the syndrome integration of the both groups decreased, and the effects of the two groups have great difference (P<0.05) according to the statistical analysis. (3)Comparative efficacy of urine leukocyte and occult blood in urine of two groups before and after treatment:leukocyte and occult blood in urine of two groups after treatment decreased according the statistical analysis, the effects of the two groups have great difference(P<0.05),as occult blood the effects of the two groups do not have great difference (P>0.05).(4)Comparison of urinary bacteria inspection of two groups before and after treatment:Negative rate of two groups after treatment decreased according the statistical analysis, the effects of the two groups do not have great difference(P>0.05).(5) Comparison of recurrence rate of two groups:The recurrence rate of two groups decreased according the statistical analysis, the effects of the two groups have great difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) Integrated Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Antibiotics could increase the recovery rate.(2)Integrated Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Antibiotics can improve the clinical symptoms of middle female with Chronic Urinary Infection, and its effects is better than sensitive antibiotics.(3) Integrated Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Antibiotics can improve the situation, and sensitive to antibiotics than alone(4) Integrated Jiawei Xiaoyao San and Antibiotics can reduce the recurrence rate... |
