| Objective To detect lipoprotein (a) (Lp(a)) and fibrinogen (FIB) levels in the different types of cerebral infarction, Lp(a) and FIB are compared between the various types of cerebral infarction. The relation between Lp(a),FIB levels and different types of cerebral infarction is preliminary studied,These new ideas are provided for different types of cerebral infarction patients. Methods 121 patients with cerebral infarction are from the Hebei Unite University Hospital Department of Neurology, June 2009 to october 2010 hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction. The same period 92 healthy clinic subjects are selected as the control group. Cerebral infarction group classification criteria and methods,All selected sujects are met the inclusion criteria. According to the size of cerebral lesions and Adama type law standards, the cerebral infarction patients are divided into large area cerebral infarction group, small area cerebral infarction group and lacunar cerebral infarction group; according to the severity extent and "clinical neurological function in stroke patients defect severity score (CSS) standard ", cerebral infarction group patients are divided into heavy cerebral infarction, medium cerebral infarction and light cerebral infarction; according to the number of infarction desase and the cerebral infarction patients are divided into early onset disease cerebral infarction group and recurrence of cerebral infarction; according to the number of cerebral lesions, the cerebral infarction patients are divided into single cerebral infarction group and multiple cerebral infarction group; according to distributions blood vessels of lesions, and with reference to "planning Oxfordshire Community Stroke Diagnostic classification cricriteria", and combined brain CT and MRI, cerebral infarction patients are divided into anterior circulation cerebral infarction group and posterior circulation cerebral infarction group; according to internal carotid artery Ultrasonic inspection ,cerebral infarction patients are divided into without plaque group, hard plaque group and soft plaque group. Results 1.The blood Lp(a),FIB levels of infarction group are higher than those in control group, the differences are significant (p<0.05). 2. The levels of Lp(a) and FIB in large area cerebral infarction group are higher than that of small area cerebral infarction group and lacunar infarction group, the levels of Lp(a) and FIB in small area cerebral infarction group are higher than that of lacunar infarction group, the differences are statistically significant (p<0.05). 3.Blood Lp(a) and FIB are compared in different conditions of cerebral infarction patients, the result shows the levels of Lp(a) and FIB in heavy infarction group and medium infarction groep are higher than that of Light infarction group, the differences are statistically significant (p<0.05).the comparison between levels of Lp(a) and FIB in medium infarction group and Light infarction group, the differences are not significant(p>0.05).4.The level of Lp(a) in recurrence of cerebral infarction group is higher than that of early onset cerebral infarction group; The comparison between the level of FIB in recurrence cerebral infarction group and early onset cerebral infarction group, the differences are not significant(p>0.05). 5.The level of Lp(a) and FIB in the multiple cerebral infarction group is higher than that of single with cerebral infarction group; The level of Lp(a) and FIB in the anterior circulation cerebral infarction group is higher than that of posterior circulation cerebral infarction group, the differences are significant (p<0.05). 6.The levels of Lp(a) and FIB in the hard plaque group and soft plaque group is higher than that of without plaque group, the differences are significant (p<0.05); Comparison between the levels of Lp(a) and FIB in the hard plaque group and soft plaque cerebral group. the differences are not significant(p>0.05). Conclusions 1. The levels of Lp(a) and FIB in infarction patients are increased. 2. Infarction in patients with larger infarction lesions, the more times of cerebral infarction incidence and numbers of infarction lesions, The levels of blood Lp(a) and FIB are higher, the levels of Lp(a) and FIB in anterior circulation infarction group increase significantly. 3. Cerebral infarction patients with carotid atherosclerosis plaques have higher Lp(a) and FIB levels. |
