Study On Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitors By Molecular Dynamics Simulation

Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme is a kind of outside peptidase, its main functions indluce catalyzing conversion of angiotensinⅠto angiotensinⅡand the inactivation of bradykinin. It is an idea target for the treatment of hypertension, heart failure, type-2 diabetes and diabetic kidney disease.Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors can reduce the formation of angiotensinⅡand increase bradykinin activity. The inhibitors have been studied on their inhibiting efficiency by molecular dynamic simulation method. Thre results of binding energy have been in accordance with the experimental results.
