The ELISA analyzer based on ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbant assay) has been widely used in clinical diagnosis. In our chemical laboratory, many analyzers are imports. Therefore, the research on analyzer has a great significance in enhancing the design level of our biochemical analyzer. An analyzer is designed in this project, it has perfect function and is easy to operate. The analyzer is mainly used for exosomatic diagnosis to analyze the various biochemical indexes of blood and other body fluids, it determines the absorbance by photoelectric colorimetry. The content of the research is as follows:The principle of the analyzer is described. The overall structure of the control system is designed according to the performance indicators of the analyzer. A combination of hardware and software is proposed to achieve the functions of data acquisition, processing, display and communications. A reasonable allocation of hardware and software is made in order to show the absorbance accurately.This hardware is designed by dual-CPU, which is composed of 16-bit microcontroller MSP430F5438 and 8-bit MCU AT89S52. The movement of motor, data acquisition, processing, and micro-printer are controlled by MSP430. Keyboard and display module are controlled by AT89S52.C language is used to design software by modular programming. According to the demand of system, the serial communication module, print module, display module, keyboard module and data processing module are designed. The independence of each module makes program and debug easily.To meet the speed of ELISA analyzer's development, this paper proposes a new method with reference channel. The correction coefficient is introduced to correct the error which is caused by the instability of voltage and light source. The accuracy and flexibility are improved. The analyzer can be used for stand-alone or communicated with the computer by the RS485. The ELISA analyzer designed in the project is very practical and stability. The experimental results show that the analyzer achieves the designing requirements. It is able to meet user's demands very well. The design conforms to the trends of domestic medical equipment and will have good social and economic benefits.
