Clinical Analyses Of Circle Excision Combined With TLH For Excisioning Giant Uteri 54 Cases

Objective:To investigate the security and feasibility of giant uteri excisioned by TLH combined with circle excision.Methods: Collect that a total of 258 patients with TLH (including double -accompaniment )in Dalian Maternity Hospital from January 2009 to August 2010 in the same treatment group. While randomly selected 60 cases with uterine leiomyoma underwent TAH at the same time.Separately to patient's average age, average uterus'size, average operation's time, average operation volume of blood, average womb weight after operation, average operation latter 72 hour maximum body'temperature, average operation latter 72 hour WBC value, average pelvic cavity drainage quantity, average use antibiotic time and average after operation in hospitalized days.then medical records are analyzed retrospectived.Results:No case was to changed to abdominal myomectomy. In operation situation comparison result: The average uterus'size of TLH combined with circle excision was more than the simple TLH.The average operation's time of TLH combined with circle excision was more than the simple TLH and TAH. The average operation volume of blood of TLH combined with circle excision was less than TAH. The difference has statistics significance; Three groups of average ages compare the non-statistics significance.
