Objective: Method of blood circulation in the treatment of sepsis induced multiple organ dysfunction in patients with blood stasis syndrome, to sepsis / multiple organ dysfunction provides treatment methods and ideas. Methods: September 2010- April 2011 The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, Emergency Intensive Care Unit (EICU) admitted to comply with sepsis, MODS, blood stasis syndrome diagnostic criteria 63 patients were divided according to the principle of random blood circulation in accordance with Section (33 cases) and routine treatment group (30 cases). Conventional treatment group according to the 2008 treatment guidelines for sepsis treatment, blood circulation group on the basis of conventional therapy group plus 100ml Xuebijing intravenous injection, 2 times daily for 14 days. Group were detected by blood circulation and conventional treatment group before and 1,3,7,10 and 14 days after treatment, body temperature, heart rate, platelet count (PLT), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (Fib ), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), D-dimer (D-dimer), white blood cell count (WBC), serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatinine (CRE), blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase (CK-MB), troponin I (T-pnI), B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), arterial blood gas Oxygen pressure (PO2), APACHEⅡscore and MODS score, recorded 28 days mortality, promoting blood circulation group and the conventional treatment group before and 1,3,7,10 and 14 days after treatment, blood 2ml, EDPA anticoagulant, plasma was isolated placed in -20℃kept for inspection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Determination of von Willebrand factor (vWF). Results: After 14 days, patients in the blood circulation group A body temperature, heart rate, PTT, PT, D-dimer, WBC count, ALT, AST, CRE, Urea, CK, CK-MB, Tpn-I, BNP, vWF, APACHEⅡscore and MODS score higher than before treatment, PLT count, Fib and PO2 higher than that before treatment; and body temperature, heart rate, APTT, PT, AST, CK-MB, APACHEⅡscore and MODS score compared with conventional treatment Group decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), PLT count, Fib and PO2 higher than the conventional treatment group, significant difference was significant (P <0.05), 28d mortality was lower in blood circulation group than In the conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of blood circulation of treatment of sepsis caused by multiple organ dysfunction in patients with blood stasis syndrome, can protect vascular endothelial cell damage, hypercoagulable state intervention to improve coagulation, reducing the clinical symptoms of sepsis, protection The organ, to prevent further deterioration of MODS, reducing the mortality and improve prognosis, is an effective treatment of sepsis caused by the multiple organ dysfunction in patients with blood stasis syndrome, it is worth promoting.
