Objective: Intracerebral hemorrhage is a common cerebrovascular disease. Since the intensification of China's aging population, its incidence is increasing year by year, and intracerebral hemorrhage patients are to make gradually younger. With the improvement of diagnosis and treatment, its mortality decreased, but morbidity is still 70-80%. After the acute phase treatment,a lot of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage,in which part of them recovery naturally, some patients do not rehabilitated, leaving different levels of motor function and dysfunction in other areas, resulting in a serious impact on the quality of life of patients and heavy burden on the families and society. The aim of this study was systematic and standardized three-stage rehabilitation treatment in intracerebral hemorrhage patients, evaluaed and compared neurological functional deficits, activities of daily living and motor function,to explore the effect and importance of standandized three-stage rehabilitation treatment in improving motor function in the ones. Methods: A total of 92 intracerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into standardized three-stage rehabilitation treatment and common rehabilitation treatment group. They were received standardized three-stage rehabilitation treatmentand common rehabilitation treatment separately. And the neurological functional deficit, activities of daily living and motor function were evaluated and analyzed at the recruitment, the end of the first, third and sixth month separately after stroke. Results: There was no significant differences in neurological functional deficit scores, activities of daily living and motor function at the recruitment. The neurological functional deficit scores of three group descended gradually at the recruitment, the end of the first, third and sixth month, but the significant differences were found that standardized three-stage rehabilitation treatment group decended obviously at the end of sixth mouth comparing with common rehabilitation treatment group. The activities of daily living of three group increased gradually at the recruitment, the end of the first, third and sixth month, but the significant differences were found that standardized three-stage rehabilitation treatment group increased obviously at the end of sixth mouth comparing with common rehabilitation treatment group. The motor function of standardized three-stage rehabilitation treatment group improved evidently comparing with common rehabilitation treatment group.Conclusions:1.The motor function of intracerebral hemorrhage patients was improved in each stage of three-stage rehabilitation treatment.2.Standardized three-stage rehabilitation treatment could increase obviously motor function in intracerebral hemorrhage patients.
