Study On The Territory Of Blood Supply Of One And Two Perforating Artery From The Same Rotation Pedicle In The Pig Flap

Objective:To explore the territory of blood supply of one and two perforating artery of the same rotation pedicle from superior epigastric artery in pigs, provide an experiment basis of choice perforating branch quant when cutting perforator flap.Methods:24 Guizhou miniature pigs of any sexes were used, the weight is 25±5 kilogram, average 25 kilogram, according random digits table random divided into angiography groups and flap group in vivo, each group 12 heads, and then divided into one perforating artery group and two perforating artery group in each group.angiography group:one perforating artery group was one perforating artery which was perfused constrast medium from superior epigastric artery at pars umbilicalis piane,two perforating artery group was two perforating artery of the same rotation pedicle which was perfused constrast medium from superior epigastric artery at pars umbilicalis piane, using image processing software analysis territory of visualization.flap group in vivo:one perforating artery group was reserved one most fat perforating artery from superior epigastric artery at pars umbilicalis piane, the radius of flap territory extend 5 cm than territory of visualization, to evaluate the territory of take flap at seventh day. two perforating artery was reserved two perforating artery of the same rotation pedicle which was perfused constrast medium from superior epigastric artery at pars umbilicalis piane, the radius of flap territory extend 5 cm than territory of visualization, to evaluate the territory of take flap at seventh day.Results:angiography groups:The visualization territory of one perforating artery from superior epigastric artery was 919.91±65.12cm2,The visualization territory of two perforating artery of the same rotation pedicle from superior epigastric artery was 918.09±64.91cm2,and the visualization territory of one and two perforating artery from the same rotation pedicle was no visible statistics variability in pigs(P>0.05). flap group in vivo:The take territory of one perforating artery from superior epigastric artery was 917.85±65.59cm2, The take territory of two perforating artery of the same rotation pedicle from superior epigastric artery was 916.78±63.49cm2, the take territory of one and two perforating artery from the same rotation pedicle was no visible statistics variability in pigs(P>0.05). Conclusion:The blood-supply territory of one and two perforating artery from the same rotation pedicle is no visible variability in pigs.
