Objective:Observe the effect of yanshuyin mistura aided yanshu decoction for globus hysteritis, summarize the treatment status of globus hysteritis, and experience of treatment experience.Methods:35 patients of globus hysteritis was the object of observation to observe the effect. Yanshuyin mistura (Flos Lonicerae, Raidix Ophiopogonis, Herba Dendrobii, Raidix Scrophulariae, Rhizoma Belamcandae, Herba Lophatheri, Fructus Canarii, Herba Menthae, Radix Glycytthizae ad.) was used to treat globus hysteritis. Yanshu decoction (Raidix Scrophulariae, Herba Dendrobi, Fructus Forsythiae, Raidix Ophiopogonis, Radix Platycodi, Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis, Rhizoma Belamcandae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, caulis polygoni multiflori, collaterals, Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae, Concha Margaritifera Usta, Radix Glycytthizae ad.) was used to observation of adjuvant therapy late stage.Evaluation standard:According to "National Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome industry standard diagnostic efficacy of the standard" for the therapeutic efficacy standards. Cure:pharyngeal lymphoid follicles and thick lateral pharyngeal were disappeared. Pharyngeal mucosa became smooth, flat and moist. Foreign body sensation, itching, dry cough, burning pain and other symptoms disappeared, and 6-12 months without recurrence.Effective:pharyngeal lymphoid follicles and thick lateral pharyngeal were disappeared. Pharyngeal mucosa became less moisture, it was showed a mild chronic congestive. There were pharyngeal foreign body sensation, itching, dry cough, burning pain and other symptoms.Results:Follow-up of this group,26 cases was cured,4 cases was improved,5 cases was invalid. The efficiency of men was 88.9%. Women efficient was 84.6%. The total effective rate was 85.7% in clinic. Observation of curative effect of globus hysteritis by Yanshuyin Mistura Aided Yanshu Decoction, the treatment of male and female testing by X2 was 0.10, p>0.017. There was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:The syndrome of globus hysteritis in clinical was relatively more, it should the dialectical theory of governance. Globus was mainly in women. There was no difference for the treatment of Yanshuyin Mistura in men and women.The praeparatum possesses effectiveness of heat-clearing and detoxicating, relieving sore-throat, moistening voice box. With adjunctive therapy by yanshu decoction, the curative effect is affirmation. And it is security and convenience.
