ObjectiveTo Detect the expression between MMP - 2 and its inhibition TIMP - 2 in normal liver tissue and liver cancer organizations (hereinafter mentioned are of primary hepatocellular carcinoma HCC), discusses the expression with the liver cancer clinical and pathological factors and relationship between the two factors for HCC prognosis correlated, provides the theory basis for evaluation and treatment.Methods1. Through the method of IHC to detect 20 cases of normal liver tissue and 52 cases of liver tissue samples with the expression of MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2. Application of data SAS11.5 statistical software Wilcoxon rank and inspection and Spearman rank correlation statistics processing of two factors, so as to analyze the relationship between the express and liver cancer.2. Through the method of Western blot semi-quantitative analysis - 15 cases of patients with normal liver tissue and 15 cases of liver cancer organizations in fresh specimens MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 expression, the application of statistical software SAS11.5 t test statistics processing data, so as to analyze two factor expression and the relationship between the liver cancer. Results1. IHC method to detect MMP - 2 in normal liver tissue and liver tissue of positive expression rate 82.7%, respectively presented 50%, the trend of rising greup (W = 414.000, P < 0.05), and tested the liver tissue MMP - 2 in tumor size, coated characteristics, differentiation degree, vein infiltration, and lymphatic move 5 clinical pathological factors difference between the expression, each group are statistically significant (P < 0.05).2. Western - blot method semi-quantitative analysis MMP - 2 and beta actin gray scanning in normal liver tissue and liver tissue of relative ratio 0.3212 + 0.0321, respectively 0.9352 + 0.0482, present rising trend, greup (P < 0.05).3. IHC method to detect TIMP - 2 in normal liver tissue and liver tissue of positive expression rate of 40%, 78.8% respectively, presenting rising trend, greup (W = 408.000, P < 0.05), and tested the liver tissue TIMP - 2 in tumor size, coated characteristics, differentiation degree, vein infiltration, and lymphatic move 5 clinical pathological factors difference between the expression, each group are statistically significant (P < 0.05).4. Western - blot method semi-quantitative analysis TIMP - 2 and beta actin gray scanning in normal liver tissue and liver tissue of relative ratio 0.2586 + 0.061, respectively 0.5652 + naught, present rising trend, greup (P < 0.05).5. Through that Spearman rank correlation statistics processing hepatocellular carcinoma tissues with MMP - 2 TIMP - 2 expression exist (r = - negative correlation 0.380, P < 0.05).Conclusions1. Liver tissue MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 expression is significantly higher than normal liver tissue, tip MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 May be in liver tumors, developing plays a role.2. Liver tissue TIMP MMP - 2 and 2 of expressing with tumor size, coated characteristics, differentiation degree, vein infiltration, and lymphatic move five pathological factors involved. Clew MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 May and the deelopment of HCC, metastasis relevant.3. MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 as antagonist factor in the expression of hepatocellular carcinoma is a negative correlation. MMP - 2 and TIMP - 2 likely, as an important index forecasting HCC prognosis.
