Diabetes is one of the three diseases which threat to human health, diabetic patients close to 10 percent of the total number of population. Patients'sugar levels detection is the important means of scientific diagnosis and treatment, while the traditional testing equipment exist high pain degree, bad real-time detection shortcomings. Developing a low pain degree, sustainable, accurate and reliable blood sugar concentration measurement system has high social significance and economic value. Based on the specific demand of patients, the paper developed with the continuous glucose detection system research work. The detection of detection system compares the principle, configuration was deeply studied. Then, researched and completed the sensor chip design, suction device design, digital simulation of micro channel structure, and circuit design of sensor detection and so on. Finally, conducted relative experiments and extracted parameters such as the best working negative pressure, suction interval, suction time, which are in order to guide the design of the control system.First, according to the specific needs of diabetic patients, the specific parameters of the continuous glucose detection system were determined. And through the contrast analysis of blood glucose detection sensor at home and abroad, selected based on hydrogen peroxide detection methods. Meanwhile, analyzed the two electrochemical systems and selected three electrodes system as detection principle. On this basis, the paper subdivided the detection system and concretely analyzed two major modules of the system and its design requirements, which are to guide the follow-up specific design.To solve the traditional glucose testing equipment problems such as adopt HP big, unable to offer all day blood sugar, developed a glucose sensor chip and realized the rapid detection of trace reagents. Then studied the processing of the sensor chip, and gave a specific processing and preparation process territory. And analyzed the common four enzymes curing methods and used covalent bond method as this topic curing method.To improve the structure of the micro channel, used fluent software to finish digital simulation of the existing micro channel and observed the flowing state of tissue fluid in micro channel. And solved the way of the sensor chip embedded peripheral structure and other components. Then, based on the preliminary design and the scheme selection, finished the design of suction device. To solve the problem of the sensor chip weak signal output and cannot transmission, designed the sensor detection circuit and signals were enlarged, AD transform processing.Finally, built experimental platform, obtained tissue fluid and blood of rabbit and developed both glucose concentration correlation experiment, obtained the both glucose concentration with the same change trend, high correlation but they have a certain characteristics of hysteresis. On this basis, completed tissue fluid suction experiment, put forward parameters of UF-3-2 ultrafiltration needle such as the best work negative pressure, suction pump interval, time, which are to guide the follow-up control device design.
