Object: To identify the presence of glioma stem-like cells in glioblastoma cells U87-MG, and to detect the expression of BMPR1A /1B of U87-MG in ordinary, stem-like and differentiate cultivations, with a view to exploring BMPR1A/1B on glioma stem-like cells biological role played by.Method:①Using flow cytometry to identify the presence of CD133 and Nestin positive expression cells in U87-MG cells,②Detecting the expression of Nestin of U87-MG in stem-like cultivation and GFAP andβ-tubulin in differentiate cultivation by immunofluores- cence,③Detecting the expression of BMPR1A/1B of U87-MG in ordinary, stem-like and differentiate cultivations by immunofluorescence and Western blot assay.Result:①CD133 and Nestin positive expression of cells in the department of glioblastoma cells U87-MG represented approximately 0.92% and 5.72% respectively,②The expression of BMPR1A in Glioma stem-like cells increased markedly , while which of BMPR1B enhanced slightly. Conclusion: The important molecules BMPR1A in BMPs signal pathway may play an important role on the regulation of the growth and differentiation of glioma stem-like cells.
