Biocompatibility, especially the blood compatibility, is an important performance indicator of polymer materials, and the surface modification of materials is the key to solve this issue, among which building phosphatidycholine structure on the material surface is the most effective. But materials can not be modified with both of stability and production promotion by traditional methods, therefore a new modified method is designed in this paper. This paper mainly designed and synthesized two hydroxyl-terminated phosphorylcholine zwitterionic (PDG), and with which we synthesized series of novel polyether polyurethane material by way of segment block copolymerization; at the same time we also added polyurethane materials with high proportion zwitterionic (SPUH) into the low-density polyethylene, and obtained a series of LDPE-SPUH blends materials. Through the blood compatibility test of these materials, we can find that the construction of phosphorylcholine structure on the polymers surface significantly enhanced their anticoagulant properties, which were proportional to the ratio of construction. This new method ont only allows phosphatidycholine to build stablely on the surface of materials through a covalent bond, but also greatly reduces the production cost of product and ensures the physical properties of materials by blending with the low density polyethylene material of excellent physical properties and low cost.
