Objective Cardiovascular active peptide Intermedin1-53 (IMD1-53) in improves cardiac function.reduce blood pressure,resisting myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury play an important role in cardiovascular disease.Traditional Chinese medicine,which has DaJi cholesterol-lowering,antitumor,kill nematodes,antibacterial and step-down functions.But IMD1-53 and DaJi whether it has reduced the role of Renal Hypertension function and mechanism domestic been reported.And this subject to two kidney one clip (2-kidney1- clip,2K1C),The renal hypertensive rats for research object,to observe the effect of Intermedin1-53 (IMD1-53) on renal hypertensive rats,DaJi intervention role and influenceMethods 1.The renal hypertensive rats make a copy of 2-kidney1-clip;and were randomized into control group,2K1C group,IMD1-53 group;Detection heart function.The ratio of left ventricular mass and body weight (LVM/BW).The ratio of right kidney weight and left kidney (RK/LK).The IMD level of heart,kidney and abdominal aorta by immunohistochemisty method.Radiation immunological methods detection in plasma levels IMD and angiotensinⅡ( AngⅡ) .The content of nitric oxide (NO) in serum by nitrate reductase method.The activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in serum by Griess chemistry colorimetric technique.2.Model preparation is alexandrine,and There were randomly divided into normal group,the model group,DaJi low dose group,DaJi high-dose groups;Testing index is alexandrine.Results 1.To contrast control group,the heart function of 2K1C hypertensive rats was inhibited,the IMD level of heart,kidney and abdominal aorta is step-up.The content of IMD and AngⅡin blood plasma is step-up (P<0.05~P<0.01),the content of NO and NOS in serum decreased (P<0.05).Compared with 2K1C group,the rats'heart function of IMD1-53 group was significantly improved (P<0.05~P<0.01),with decreased content of AngⅡin plasma (P<0.05),and increased content of NO and NOS in serum (P<0.05).2.To contrast normal group,analogue group rats heart function is inhibition.The ratio of RK/LK,LVM/BW is step-up,the IMD level of heart,kidney and abdominal aorta is step-up.The content of IMD and AngⅡin blood plasma is step-up (P<0.05~P<0.01),NO and NOS in serum is step-up.To contrast analogue group,the heart function of Daji group (low dose and high-dose groups) is obviously improving (P<0.05~P<0.01),The ratio of RK/LK,.LVM/BW and the content of AngⅡin blood plasma is reduce (P<0.05~P<0.01),the IMD level of heart,kidney and abdominal aorta is step-up (P<0.01).The content of IMD in blood plasma and NO and NOS in serum is step-up (P<0.05).Conclusion 1.IMD1-53 and DaJi has the role of reduced renal hypertension (and DaJi high-dose groups slightly better than the low dose group);2.IMD expression increased in 2K1C;exogenous IMD has the significant function of decreasing renal hypertension;its mechanism has something to do with the increasing of NO/NOS;3.Daji has the role in reducing blood pressure by increasing the content of IMD activated NO/NOS on renal hypertension.
