Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Pharmacodynamics (PD) are of strong significance for clinical medication. The safety of the drug is determined by its concentration in human body; its effectiveness is determined by whether its concentration is higher than the effect-acting concentration or not; its controllability is determined by its dynamics features. When making dosage regimen, the relation between drug concentration in its attacking points and its effect intensity is required to consider. While the development of PK and PD is closely related with that of mathematic method and computer technology, PK/PD software programming with various functions promotes the popularity of knowledge on PD/PK and measurement on its clinical safety, effectiveness, and controllability. Nowadays, PK/PD soft wares at home and abroad are extremely expensive, therefore, for most drug researchers, particularly those undergraduates the price is beyond their research. Meanwhile, these existing softwares do not completely meet needs of all drug researchers (e.g. CET analysis). This project studies Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamics and their related computing methods respectively. And then, Nonlinear fitting of Pharmacokinetic, log-linear model and Sigmoid model of Pharmacodynamics are programmed. Finally, Multiple Pharmacodynamics-Pharmacokinetic model CET analysis is improved and analyzed.In the part on Pharmacokinetic, the existing nonlinear fitting algorithms were compared and analyzed, and Gauss-Newton and Hartley programs were coded successfully. In the part on Pharmacodynamics, linear model, log-linear model, Emax model, Sigmoid(Hill) model were discussed, and log-linear model and Sigmoid model programs were coded successfully. In the part on PK/PD, multiple PK/PD CET analysis was successfully programmed.Programs on one compartment model analysis, two compartment model analysis, linear analysis, Sigmoid nonlinear analysis, mPD-PK CET analysis were coded on VS2005 platform and MS Windows operation system. One key function and data input (with Excel, Text, Word) function were realized in this PK/PD software. By three experiments, this multiple PD/PK modeling computing system program was verified at last.
