Objective:To investigate the effect of TTF1 regulate ERK signal transduction pathway.Methods:40 nude mice model with human hepatocellular carcinoma was divided into 5 groups:control group, paclitaxel group, low dose group, middle dose group and high group. After 21 days, nude mice model with human hepatocellular carcinoma was sacrificed. ERK1/2 and p-ERKl/2 proteins was detected by Western blot in tumor tissues.Results:The number of newly formed vessels was significantly decreased in TTF1 group. Its may via regulated the phophorylation level balance of ERK1/2.Conclusion:TTF1 can be inhibited tumour and its mechanism may be related to ERK signal transduction pathway. |
