| Objectives:To observe the variation of plasma BNP (brain natriuretic peptide)in infants with Pneumonia combining Heart Failure and the improvement of cardiac function and clinical symptoms after Creatinephosphate Sodium treating, to explore the application value of Creatinephosphate Sodium in pediatric heart failure and the prognosis guiding significance of plasma BNP variation.Methods:87 cases infants with Pneumonia combining Heart Failure were enrolled.44 cases common Pneumonia combining Heart Failure infants were randomly divided into CP group 22 cases and FDP group 22 cases; 43 cases CHD and Pneumonia combining Heart Failure infants were randomly divided into CP group 22 cases and FDP group 21 cases. Within 24 hours after admission, drawed vein blood to test plasma BNP, detected bed side chest X-ray and echocardiography to measure cardiac EF,FS.In the meantime, choosed 20 cases healthy infants as comparation. After 7 days treated, observed the variation of plasma BNP and the variation of cardiac EF,FS value, to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms after 72 hours, to evaluate the prognosis.Results:After 72 hours treating, compared the clinical effect that the CP group is more apparent than FDP group (P<0.05), After7 days treating, the statistical comparison before and after 7 days treating, BNP in CP group of pneumonia T=6.5463, P<0.01 and in FDP group T=3.9404, P<0.01; EF,FS, in CP group P<0.05, in FDP group P>0. 05. BNP in CP group of pneumonia combining Heart Failure T=5.2322, P<0.01 and in FDP group T=2.7339, P<0.05; EF,FS, in CP group P<0.05, in FDP group P>0.005. It is turned out that the BNP, EF, FS of all enrolled infants were improved, but the CP group were more improved significantly.Conclusions:BNP levels are relate with the prognosis of infants.
