Acupuncture Combined With Dialectical Theory Of Governance Hunt Syndrome

Objective:The trial's objective is to study the treatment programme of Ramsay-hunt syndrome, and to improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the duration of symptoms and reduce sequela.Methods:60 Ramsay-hunt-syndrom patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Control group was treated with light therapy and He-Ne laser therapy and medication ( including western medicine and Chinese medicine )and acupuncture which acupuncture points are selected according to symptom, on the basis of suitable remedy , and the acupuncture which acupuncture points are selected according to syndrome differentiation are applied in the treatment group . Thirty days later , statistical analysis is given.Results:The total effective rate of therapy group is 97.3% and The total effective rate of control group is 84% . There is significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups (p<0.05) after statistical analysis.Conclusion:It is significant therapeutic effect that therapy group is treated with the acupuncture which acupuncture points are selected according to syndrome differentiation. The therapy group is superior to the control group.
