Front And Back Massage Therapy Anti-senile Function Research

Purpose: This study by observing the expansion of drug oxidizing massage therapy, morbid model of rabbit peripheral blood red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),discussion front and back massage therapy oxidation resistance functionand postponement senile mechanism.Methods: Adopt acetyl benzene hydrazine subcutaneously induction oxidizing hemopenia animal model, through the front and massage treatments for 21 days, peripheral blood, serum test animals are superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH - PX) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) content.Results: Treatment of 7, 14, 21 days, the treatment groups of animals in the whole blood with HGB RBC's number is significantly higher than animal model group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), serum SOD, GSH - PX activity is significantly higher than animal model group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), serum MDA content and LDH active significantly below the animal model group (P < 0.05), indicating that expansion of oxidizing hemopenia massage therapy of animal damage degree have certain protective effect.Conclusion: Expansion of oxidizing hemopenia massage therapy animal model of blood anoxic condition have very good improved, reveals the anti-aging massage.
