The dry ripe sarcocarp of Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc, is one of the rare and traditional medicine which could replenish yin to tonify kidney,widely used as anti-aging and anti-tumor medicine in clinical.On the basis of the earlier research,the paper aims at exploring the multiple effect of Cornus officinalis by multicomponents and multi-targets, shown in the experiments of observeing influences of active components extracted from Cornus officinalis on several cell models.In the present paper, the effects of active components extracted from Cornus officinalis were observed by using tumor cell, aging HELF induced by D-galactose.The paper is divided into two parts as followed: Part one:literature researchStudy on the chemical constituents, pharmacologic action and active components by reading literature, to perceive the research of Cornus Officinalis. Part two:Empirical studyThe research outline of the earlier researchTo screen influences of gallic acid extracted from Cornus Officinalis on tumor cell model and explore the effect and mechanism of gallic acid on MGC-803 and Human Hepatocarcinoma Cell Line SMMC-7721.To inquire influences of active component morroniside extracted from Cornus Officinalis on p53,p16,pRb,p21 protein expression and methylation.To observe the effect of morroniside on telomere length and telomerase on aging HELF.The results showed that:The active ingredient dogwood gallic acid significantly inhibited tumor cells. The mechanism is inhibition of cell proliferation and induce apoptosis. Morroniside the active ingredients from Cornus officinalis has a protective effect on human embryonic lung fibroblasts injured by D-galactose.The mechanism is related to the regulation of key molecule in pathways of aging and the affecting on gene methylation, telomere length.Conclusion:The active ingredient dogwood gallic acid, respectively Morroniside anti-tumor, anti-aging effect.
