The constitution is an important form of the activities in human life, it is closely related with the disease and health. The study in constitution of Chinese medicine has a big significance in disease, prevention, and nourishing of life individual diagnosis and treatment which belong to different individual constitution. Yang deficiency constitution is one kind of common biased constitution, so that it is important to study in diagnosis technology of yang deficiency constitution. Through the numerical study of yang deficiency constitution in TDS, finding out the discipline belongs to the numerical expression of yang deficiency constitution, to provide a auxiliary diagnosis technology for the diagnosis of yang deficiency constitution.Secondly,findining out the expression law of yang deficiency constitution in data of twelve regular meridians to provide a mentality and methods to reference with the incorporation between the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine and meridian theory of traditional Chinesemedicine.Using the cross-sectional survey to do questionnaire survey on the residents in nanjing city which belongs to jiangsu province,got six hundred and five effective questionnaires screening one hundred and thirty-one questionnaires as yang deficiency constitution.Do the detection with TDS at the people who have the yang deficiency constitution and get the data report in TDS.Use the multiple regression analysis and single factor analysis of variance with Statistical software 18.0 to analysis and get expression law of yang deficiency constitution in TDS.Result:Yang deficiency constitution is related with age and gender. The female of the species is easier to change to yang deficiency constitution than the male sex. No matter male of female, the chance to become to the yang deficiency constitution grows up with the increasing of age. Get the result through the analysis in the data of yang deficiency constituion in TDS. The result is that physical agility and metabolism of yang deficieny constitution are in a low state comparing with the common constitution. Vegetative nervous-system in yang deficiency constitution is in disorder mostly. In motion satae and the spirit of state there is no difference comparing with the common constitution. Yang deficiency constitution is related with kidney channel, the spleen channel,small intestine channel,urinary bladder channel, tri-jiao channel. Yang deficiency constitution has low power data in these channel comparing with common constitution. The last conclusion is that: TDS can be a auxiliary diagnosis technology for the diagnosis of yang deficiency constitution and this study has a certain significance in clinic.
