The Clinical Study On The "Jiajian Fang Fen Tong Sheng San" Effect Of Overweight Type Of Polyeystie Ovary Sydrome

Purpose:Through the clinical research,uses the Chinese medicine medical prescription handed down from ancient times 'jiajianfangfengtongshen san'with auricular acupuncture point therapy treating phlegm wet obese PCOS patients , compares patient's menstruation,the acne,basal body temperature(BBT), the obese index(BMI) improvement situation and blood serum yellow body generator(LH),graafian follicle stimulin (FSH),total gaoalkone(T), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) change between Chinese native medicine treatment group and ear beans treatment group,estimates the clinical curative effect of the therapy,discusses the mechanism how obese PCOS affects insulin-like growth factor.Method:Divide the phlegm wet obese PCOS patient 60 illustrations into three groups stochastically.The treatment group 20 examples take 'jiajianfangfengtongshen san'with auricular acupuncture point therapy;the control 1 group 20 examples take 'jiajianfangfengtongshen san' solely; the control 2 group 20 examples use auricular acupuncture point therapy solely. And three months are a period of treatment. The treatment group's curative effect surpasses the control groups,and the control 1 groups' surpasses the control 2 groups'.Compared before and after the treatment:the three groups in the clinical manifestation and T treatment have effective comparation difference(P<0.05).In the treatment group and the control 1 group,LH,LH/FSH and BMI have effective comparation difference(P<0.05);in the control 2 group,LH,LH/FSH and BMI have no effective comparation difference.Compared between groups:in the clinical manifestation,the treatment group surpasses the control groups,and the control 1 group surpasses the control 2 group.The other comparations between groups have no effective comparation difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Through this research,confirmed 'jiajianfangfengtongshen san'with auricular acupuncture point therapy can obviously improve the phlegm wet obese PCOS patient's clinical symptom,and the clinical practice has no obvious side reaction. Its function mechanism possibly is to reduce T and free T concentration,reduce the blood serum LH lever,regulate the endocrine level in vivo. This therapy is worth further promotion.
