Observation Of Chongsui Zhuanggu Decoction Coordinating With Intramedullary Expand Self-locking Nail For The Treatment Of Adult Closed Femoral Shaft Fracture

Object:Observation of Chongsui Zhuanggu decoction coordinating with Intramedullary Expand Self-locking Nail for the treatment of Adult Closed Femoral Shaft Fracture. Inorder to study and treat Adult Closed Femoral Shaft Fracture,to explorate one kind method can effectively get faster fracture healing,reduce pain and better recovery to lay the foundation.Method:Adult Closed Femoral Shaft Fracture 30cases,all from the First People's Hospital of Xiaoshan,Hangzhou. The selected patient divided into treatment group of Chongsui Zhuanggu decoction coordinating with IESN and control group of IESN,15cases each. All cases after 4 to 10 months of follow-up to observe changes in patients before and after the X films, knee mobility, lower limb shortening, deformity,pain, and VAS scores,evaluation criteria used Klemn function, pain score method score, the recorded data were statistically analyzed.Result:Through clinical research, the results show that both methods are effectivetreatment of adults with closed femoral shaft fractures. But the treatment grouphealing time is short, Klemn good rate and excellent functional evaluation rateshigher.
