Objective:Discuss the correlation between syndromes characteristics and polymorphism of PTP-1B gene loci 15/37C>A by patients with hypertension and sugar adjustment damaged, to disclose the correlation of patients with hypertension and sugar adjusting damaged of syndromes possible genetic underpinnings. Methods:Choose the confirmed 61 cases of hypertension patients with impaired glucose regulation selected by the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) screening, respectively distinguish differentiation according to Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristics syndrome, while each patient inspect gene protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP-1B) Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) restriction enzyme polymorphism analysis, and inspect fasting blood glucose, serum insulin, postprandial blood glucose, and serum insulin were measured in all patients, to calculate insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR); determination of blood pressure, blood lipids To calculate body mass index (BMI) and other related indicators; use SPSS 17.0 to statistic data on the above, discuss differences of different genotypes and different Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes, and to analyze the correlation between the two on the above. Results:abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome's fasting insulin, low density lipoprotein, BMI, total cholesterol and insulin resistance are on the high side, there is statistically significant differences above it's correlation with hyperactivity of liver Yang, Yin Yang Kang virtual, Yin and Yang the two virtual; the level of diastolic blood pressure of four syndromes were:Yin Yang Kang virtual> hyperactivity of liver Yang> Yin and Yang the two virtual> abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome, age from young to old:abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome< hyperactivity of liver Yang< Yin Yang Kang virtual< Yin and Yang the two virtual, there is significant differences between diastolic blood pressure and age (P<0.05); PTP-1B gene locus I5/37C> A genotypes were AA, AC and CC, allele A and C; the high-density lipoprotein level of the genotype from low to high is:AA<CC<AC, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the frequency of the three genotype between Yang Kang group (hyperactivity of liver Yang and Yin Yang Kang virtual) and non-yang Kang group (Yin and Yang the two virtual and abundant phlegm-dampness syndrome) may exist differences. Conclusion:Differences of different Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes and different genotypes by patients with hypertension and sugar adjustment damaged may exist differences of certain metabolic indexes, blood pressure and age, the syndromes characteristics and polymorphism of PTP-1B gene loci 15/37C>A exist Correlation.
