Observation And Research Of Tuolixiaodu Decoction On Interfering With Thickness, Faults And Three-dimensional Images Of Bacterial Biofilm From Osteomyelitis

Purposes:To discover the effect of Tuolixiaodu Decoction on restraining and damaging bacteria biofilms,by comparing with the antibiotic,at microscopic point,we analyze the different effect tha traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treat chronic osteomyelitis,so as to provide theoretical basis for the removal of bacterial biofilms,finally,we may seek for new treatment chronic osteomyelitis.Methods:Through collecting untreated 10 cases with chronic osteomyelitis(titanium alloy disc(?) in vivo),as an experimental control group A,10 cases with formal western medicine antibiotic therapy is group B,10 cases with Tuo- lixiaodu Decoction therapy is group C,we take a titanium alloy dis specimens from each case(30).After washing, fixed and stained,Laser scanning confocal microscop(?) counting the thickness of BBF of three groups of specimens.By SPSS 13.0 statistical software,I ca(?) carry out and analyze data,p is set to 0.05.by laser scanning confocal microscope,CT scan images (?) specimens from each group can be scanned.the image will be synthesized of three-dimensiona image.Finally,I analysis image and obtain differences among groups.Results:Thickness bacterial biofilm from A, B, C three groups of patients with chronic osteomyelitis is about (55.20±4.13)μm,(43.31±2.21)μm,(35.32±3.41)μm.Group A has the thickes BBF thickness,BBF thickness of group C is the thinnest. Data of BBF thickness from the three group(?) software is taked into statistical analysis by the SPSS 13.0,which is significantly different.Ir addition,morphology of BBF from three groups of is broadly similar,comparing with A group,B and (?) changes in morphological structure,C group is more obvious.Conclusions:Western and Chinese medicine all have treatment effect of aspects of chroni(?) osteomyelitis,and all have a certain role in the inhibition and destruction Biofilm bacteria,Chinese medicine has more significant advantages.Many clinical trials Confirmed that Chinese Medicine can significantly restrain and damage BBF. In the future,Chinese medicine may become a means of treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.
