The Application Of Simple Seal Negative Pressure Durative Washing Drainage With Strengthening Healthy Qi Method In The Treatment Of Orthopedics Infection Wound Cavity

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the application of simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage with strengthening healthy qi method in the treatment of orthopedics infection wound cavity.Methods1 The design of simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage device:we used one ostomy bag, three surgidrape adhesive membrane, four sputum suction pipe to construct a airtight wound cavity environment, combined with center negative pressure source or one electric attractor which could provide about 125mmHg negative pressure,that were formed seal negative pressure durative drainage,and gentamycin or sensitive antibiotics with saline 3000 ml solution continuouing washing in 24 hours,those composed a simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage device.2 Compared with routine therapy treatments:from December 2007 to Septemper 2010, a total of 40 patients with the infective joint which were accordanced with the diagnostic criteria and into and exclusion standard strictly in department of orthopedic one in Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military.27 cases of men and 19 cases of women,and they were 40～82 years, average age was 62. Injury types:6 cases were fracture secondary infection; acute and chronic osteomyelitis were each 4,18 cases; 4 cases were soft tissue pollution and infected wounds which defect areas were lesser; 8 cases were infectious arthritis;2 cases were bedsore and 4 cases were post-operation infection spinal internal fixation. Adopting double blind contrast method,those patients were randomly divided into the treatment group which were used simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage treatment and control group which were used conventional changeover of local drainage treatment, each group was 23 cases. All patients were followed-up 3～8 months. In the process of research we recorded and compared curative effect of the two groups patients, the hospitalization time,the shade number of bacteria developed of all cases on the treatment group wound final healing of postoperative therapy,the incoming datas are SPSS16.0 software by statistical analysis.3 The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine:At the same time all patients were used routinely Bazhen decoction treatment which was representatives of strengthening healthy qi and expelling evils.Result1 The design of simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage was reasonable,the method was proper,the effect was definite and it had very strong clinical feasible.2 Compared to conventional changeover of local drainage treatment, the curative effect of the patients who were used simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage treatment was better, the total effective rate was higher, the hospitalization time was shorter,the shade number of bacteria developed of the patients who were used simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage treatment were more on the treatment group wound final healing of postoperative therapy, differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1 The materials of a simple seal negative pressure durative drainage device were widely, and its design was simple and reasonable, the operation was convenient, and the materials' price was very cheap.2 Compared with routine method in the treatment of the orthopaedic infection wound cavity, the simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage could be drainage fully, avoid effectively secondary infection and cross-infection, reduce the bandage, accelerate wound (cavity) closed, shorten patients' hospitalization time.3 The simple seal negative pressure durative washing drainage with strengthening healthy qi method was a simple, effective and feasible method in the treatment of orthopedics and traumatology infection wound cavity, that's suitable for the application inbroad remote hospitals especially, it had clinical popularized value.
