| Objective:To observer human amniotic membrane loaded with adipose tissue-derived stem cells for wound healing in SD-rats.Methods:Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (group A, group B and group C).One round full-thickness skin wound created on the dorsum of each side close to the vertebral column in each SD-rat. Skin wounds in group A treated with human amniotic membrane loaded with adipose tissue-derived stem cells. Group B treated with simple human amniotic membrane.Group C no treated with. Group B and group C as controls. Wound tissues were respectively collected at 3 days,7 days,10 days and 14 days and HE stained for being observed the changes of wounds and the healing time.Results:The wounds in group A had been healed 14 days postoperatively.But there were didn t healed in group B and group C. The WCI were respectively (100±0)%, (95.05±2.65)% and (86.64±3.86)% in group A, B and C. The WCI of group A respectively compared with group B and group C at 3 days,7 days,10 days and 14 days postoperatively, there were significant differences between them.Fluorescent particles of adipose tissue-derived stem cells were found in group A 7 days postoperatively.Conclusion:Human amniotic membrane loaded with adipose tissue-derived stem cells could promote wound healing. |
