The system is stable and reliable, feature-rich, convenient operation, easy to learn and use, and data security is guaranteed. Based on in-depth research the expert system theory,database technology and programming technology, combined with practical work of the medical profession, the paper analysed and settled the business needs of medical institutions(Including rights management, personnel management, drug management, auxiliary prescription and prescription monitoring, account management, etc), completed system analysis, system outline design, system detailed design, program structure design, algorithm design ,coding and test ,etc. Actual trial showed that computer aided prescription expert consultation system had a reasonable structure, assisted medical effectively, and had the application value.
