With the rapid development of modern science, all kinds of large-scale analytical instruments have been widely used, the detection sensitivity has been greatly improved. Therefore, the separation method has become a choke point. Many analysers apply theirselves to do research for the separation method. In the area of toxicological analysis, due to the expanding types of poisons and poisons of different chemical properties, it is necessary to develop a more sensitive method for separation. At the same time biological samples may exist many different interfering substances, so a good separation method is one of the necessary conditions to ensure the identification of the conclusions correct. Now, it is imperative to develop a simple, fast, accurate sample preparation method can collect and separate a variety of poisons at the same time. In this paper, a new method was developed for biological sample processing-micro ball extraction. It was developed for the extraction of common religious drugs, sedative-hypnotic drugs and organophosphorus insecticides in human blood. It provided scientific basis to combat crime which relate to posions and drugs. While micro ball extraction technology has a broad prospect in samples processing, it can be used to monitor environmental quality, biological engineering, the security of food and other fields.In this paper, a new sample processing method-micro ball extraction was developed. The main component of micro ball is Cleanert amino resin. Select caffeine as the target substance to find out the optimal extraction conditions of micro ball extraction. The various-parameters including ionic strength, pH value, extraction time and extraction solvent amount were investigate to improve the extraction efficiency,A method was developed for the determination of religious drugs, sedative-hypnotic drugs and organophosphorus insecticides in human blood by using micro ball extraction-gas chromatography(GC).Considered mainly on the effect of the pH value of sample solution to the extraction. The results indicated that the optimal conditions in human blood were as follows:adjusted the pH value of sample solution according to the acidity and alkalescence of the drug, then used the vortex mixer shocking thirty minutes for extraction, finally the desorption solvent amount was 1mL ethanol. The recovery ratios of various drugs were more than 70%, relative standard deviations were less than 5%.It could meet the needs of actual cases.
