Objective:to investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of primary bone lymphoma.methods:in this research, we collected 9 cases of primary bone lymphoma since 2000 to 2010 and analysis the symptoms, diagnosis, imaging performance, pathological morphology, Immunohistochemistry and treatment retrospectively. Results:The main clinical manifestations of the 9 cases are local pain and tenderness.2 of the 9 cases appears with pathological fracture. The diagnosis of primary bone lymphoma mainly depends on biopsy and puncture biopsy and open biopsy. The most common pathological types of primary bone lymphoma is diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Among the 9 patients, all of them were given combined chemotherapy treatment,6 of them underwent an operation for various reasons. During the follow-up period, the 3 patients without surgical intervention was given combination therapy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,2 patients of the three achieve CR while the remaining 1 patient achieve PR. Among the 6 patient with surgical intervention,1 of them was failed to follow up, and as for the other 5 patient, there was no local recurrent and distant metastasis signs. Conclusion: To diagnose primary bone lymphoma, the imaging is not specific, so pathological diagnosis should be combined。In clinical work, we should discriminate it from small blue round cell tumors and Osteosarcoma, Immunohistochemical staining and examination of molecular markers has significant value to its differential diagnosis。Compared with other malignant bone tumor, the prognosis of Primary bone lymphoma is usually good. the main treatment of primary bone lymphoma is combination therapy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, immune targeted therapy and symptomatic and supportive treatment。In case of pathological fracture or severe nerve compression symptoms, the patient should be given to surgical intervention。For the patient with single and local symptoms and no other tissues and organs metastases, surgical resection can also leads to a good prognosis。...
