Different Groups Of Asthmatic Rat Lung After Acupuncture Analysis Of Proteome With Nano -2D-LC

Objective: The present paper focused on researching the effect rule and mechanism of bronchial asthma by acupuncture on three diffefent groups of acupoints ("San xue wu zhen"group,"Xi hui"group, and"Jiang qi ping chuan"acupoint group).Nano-2D-LC was applied in the experiment and contributed to offering a new mode and technique for investigation into material foundation of acupuncture effect.Method:56 Wistar big mice was divided into seven groups stochastically:The blank group, the bound group, the false surgery group ,the model group,"San xue wu zhen"group,"Xi hui"group, and"Jiang qi ping chuan"acupoint group.Each group of big mice was operated according to the grouping, A:normal feeded with no deal ;B: no acupunctured but only bounded;C: no acupunctured but only with Airway-cutted after the model maked;D: asthma model group;E: three acupuncture point five needle group;F: Xi and Hui match point group;G: smooth wheezing acupuncture group.Results:1 With egg albumin excitation, asthma model group airway resistance significantly higher, Acupuncture group of asthma rats which is airflow resistance of asthma models, including a significant decline of smooth wheezing down with three stitches five needle group and Xi and Hui match point group with acupuncture point will decline is more obvious.2 Observing nano-2D-LC. Model group compared with blank group in retention time of 20min ~ 80min, between model group and blank group for the emergence of new common peak of 2, 8, disappeared for 6, suggests that the peak of these specific spectrum peaks belong to rat pathologic state produces specificity peptide, namely the part with the development of childhood asthma peptide may have relations.Three acupuncture group smooth wheezing, namely drop gas Xi will match stitches, hole method and three acupuncture point five stitches mutual peak area is compared, the trend of decline one by one that acupuncture can reduce the content of these 3 kinds of peptides, and choose drop gas to three stitches smooth wheezing peptide role, specificity of the strongest hint acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma with these three mechanisms may decrease of peptide content, and drop on smooth wheezing than gas Xi will match stitches hole method and three acupuncture point five stitches prevention function stronger.Conclusion:1 Laboratory data indicate that acupuncture to asthma has prevention and treatment effect, and the function of smooth wheezing down gas treatment is better than three stitches Xi five needle group and the Xi and Hui match group.2 Acupuncture treatment of the asthma and the acupuncture mechanisms may be have some relationship with the asthma rats after proteolytic digestion of lung tissue generated specificity about liquid expression; and adopt different acupuncture point method to create with the protein expression, there are certain differences.3 Acupuncture group in treating bronchial asthma prescription have certain specific synergy, and different acupuncture prescription synergies has certain differences.
