Objective:To evaluate the improvement of the quality of life effects and mechanism of Chinese medicine and massage therapy for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee scientifically.Method:The point is the clinical research on the improvement of the patient's quality of life and the situation, who is treated with massage therapy. The subjects are 60 patients who were the subjects of observational studies and randomly divided into 2 groups in our hospital in April 2010-May 2011. The 2 groups was no significant difference comparing in age, living environment, education, duration of disease, disease duration, work occupation, marital status, etc. (P> O.05).According to Randomized contrastive clinical way, the patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, one of which consisted of 30 cases. The objective group was taken to massage therapy, the other was taken ibuprofen sustained-release capsules (Fenbid) treatment, respectively, treated according to treatment. Dealing with the observational results by statistical processing and meeting the final conclusion.Result:After 3 courses of treatment, massage treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee total effective rate was 100%, total 83.3% of significant progress; Fenbid total effective treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee was 100%, the total rate of significant progress 86.7%; It had a significant effect on the individual symptomsConclusion:comparing with drug therapy, in terms of the time of symptom relief massage didn't work better. But it is a safe and effective treatment for overall efficacy and improvement of individual symptoms.
