| Objective:In order to explore the physical anatomical structures under the skin in where Pishu is located,to make sure the safe depth of Pishu. And also find out the right needle diraction and angle of Pishu and the relationship between BMI index and the safe operation of Pishu.The other purpose of this experment is to supplement the standard of acupunture.What is more, to guide the clinical work.Method:According to body mass index (BMI) formula:BMI = weight / height 2 (Kg/m2) (17.8-22.9) criteria, select from the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine called the study of 20 young volunteers (male 10,10 women), aged 22-30 years, on average 25.20±1.54 years. Subjects for each and every body measurements (height, weight, BMI index): According to The People's Republic of China national standard "acupoints name and location" (GB/T12346-2006) of the Meridian standard take on the Pishu of vitamin E with the same people. The results of statistical software with SPSS18.0 to analogy.Results: 1.There is obvious differences in the points of Pishu in sexual ascept.Both sides of Pishu is almost the same in thehorizontal position.2.The safe vertical depth:the right side of men,27.44±4.413mm;the right side of women,21.26±3.3mm,the left side of men:26.50±3.373mm;the left side of women,20.34±3.73mm.3.The safe depth of the needle is oriented to the spine side:the right side of men,34.15±3.84mm;the right side of women,21.56±3.31mm;the left side of men,33.63±3.77mm;the left side of women,22.13±2.17mm.4.The safe depth of the needle is oriented to far away the spine:the right side of men,20.50±3.46mm;the right side of women,28.30±3.41mm; the left side of men,26.44±3.60mm; the left side of women,22.13±2.17mm.5.The safe angle of needle oriented away from the spine side:the right side of men,40.5±6.74°; the right side of women,30.2±4.64°; the left side of men, 39.6±4.48°; the left side of women,29.2±6.29°.6.The safe angle of needle to the spine side:the right side of men,71.8±6.12°, the right side of women,76.7±5.6°; the left side of men,72.2±6.56°; the left side of women,77.2±6.07°.Conclusion:1.There are no obvious defferences beweetn the right and left Pishu in the analogy proceeding.2.Sexual defference is appearent to see in the points of Pishu except in 45°eedling ascept.So when the acupunture doctocer needle the points of Pishu,should notice the gender.3.When the clinican use the points of Pishu,if the needle angle is not in the safe angle scope,the depth must shorter than the safe depth.And if the needle depth is deepper than the safe depth,must pay attention to the needle angle. |
