The Effect Of Xinnao Tongluo Solution On CD62p And CD63 Of Acute Cerebral Ischemia In Rats

Objective:To study and evaluate the effect of Xinnaotongluo-solution on CD62p and CD63 of acute cerebral ischemia in rats,to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:Healthy SD rats, to be divided into five groups:cerebral ischemia group(model group),Xinnaotongluo-solution high-dose group (high-dose group), Xinnaotongluo-solution low-dose group(low-dose group),Buchang-naoxintong in the control group(control group),sham-operation group(sham group).Establish the MCAO model of focal acute cerebral ischemia in rats, and the test change of contents of CD62p and CD63 at 6h,12h,24h after operation.Results:1. The effect of Xinnaotongluo solution on CD62p of acute phase cerebral ischemia in rats:Compared with sham group, after 6-hour-cerebral ischemia, the content of CD62p of cerebral ischemia group begins rising, of which the peak appears at the 24 hour(P< 0.01).Compared with control group of the same time,the content of CD62p in brain of high dose group at 24h decreased remarkedly.2. The effect of Xinnaotongluo solution on CD63 of acute phase cerebral ischemia in rats. Compared with sham group, after 6-hour-cerebral ischemia, the content of CD63 of cerebral ischemia group begins rising, of which the peak appears at the 24 hour(P< 0.01).Compared with model group of the same time, the content of CD63 in brain of each treatment groups were decreased in some degrees(P<0.01).Compared with control group of the same time, the content of CD63 in brain of high dose group at 24h decreased remarkedly(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Xinnaotongluo solution can significantly reduce the content of CD62p of 24h-focal cerebral ischemia in rats, which enhances erythrocyte deformability, increases the cerebral blood flow, improves microcirculation in order to protect neuron effectively.2. Xinnaotongluo solution can reduce the content of CD63 of 24h -focal cerebral ischemia in rats by inhibiting platelet aggregation. It plays an important role in reducing the focal cerebral ischemia injury.
