Clinical Observation On The Original Network With Points For Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

Objective:In the article,we observe the effect of the original network with points combined with duxil in the treatment of vascular dementia.To explore the influence of Hcy acupuncture.Methods:90 patients with VD were randomly divided into acupuncture group, needle medicine group and western medicine group, each group of 30 patients.Acupuncture group use DU 20,DU 24,EX-HN 1,GB 20,the original network with points are selceted as the main points.The group of Acupuncture combined with Duxil use Duxil Basis in the Acupuncture group. Medicine group adapt Duxil.Each group needs 6weeks for treating.Each group measured MMSE measuring scale,HDS measuring scale and ADL before treatment,and then rechecked 6 weeks later when treatment course were completed. While determination of homocysteine before and after treatment (Hcy).All the dates are processed by minibas16.0 statistical software on the computer.Result:The efficacy of the Acupuncture group was 73.33%,the efficacy ofthe group of Acupuncture combined with Duxil was 90% and that of the medicine group was 63.33%.The MMSE scores,HDS scores and ADL scores of he patients of the three groups changed significantly(P<0.05) after the three kind of treatment. The scores of the three measuring scales between the groups of Acupuncture combined with Duxil and the Acupuncture was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The original network with the main point acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia have the exact effect,the situation can improve the intelligence of patients with social,daily living,personality (emotional personality) to change,and can reduce blood of the same type cysteine acid content,increase the excitability of the cerebral cortex,for patients with learning, memory and other capabilities of the recovery.
