Therefor according professer Panliqun pre-study and clinical experience, we illustrate the study about Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum in today and old days in theory, setting the animal model for experiment and then observe the acute toxicity reflection and cutaneous stimulation.we hope all of this can provide foundation for judge the safety of Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum.1. The part of experimentAim:Estimate the acute toxicity and cutaneous stimulation caused by a certain dosage Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum..Method:1.Setting the rat model for Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum external use and preparation the integrated skin and injured skin rat.Then part the rat from fitty persent dan group,thirty persent dan group,ten persent dan group and blank group,8rat per group.Give the rat Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum by the dosage 20 times which is used safe in clinical then observe the toxicity reflection,recording the weight and other toxicity reflection in two weeks.2.Setting the cony pig model for Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum external use and preparation the integrated skin and injured skin also part the cony pig from fitty persent dan group,thirty persent dan group and ten persent dan group.Comparing to itself using the drug in the left part and regard the right side as the blank part.Cleaning the drug in the animal after 24hours and observe the cutaneous stimulation reflection then judge it weak or not according to the mark table. Result:1.Ten persent do no acute toxicity and taneous stimulation to the integrated skin and injured rat.2.Except the group mentioned by point 1,other groups rat reflect acute toxicity whose weight desend obviously camparing with the blank group(P<0.05).3.Other group rats show skin erythema and cutanous dropsy which is the light skin irritative response.4. Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum in the dosage of 1041.9mg/kg mg/kg do harm to RS,DS,NS and urinary system.5.The acute toxicity reflection often was showed in 3days,except the dead rats other rats reversaled after 3daysConclusion:1.According to the animal experiment we know the dosage of 208.5mg/kg is safe to be used in clinic.2.We should control the dosage of Hydragyrun oxdatum crudum in clinic unless the adverse event.
