Clinical Studies On The Method Of Bu Shen Tiao Zhou In Treating Pelvic Infalmmatory Disease Sequela Of The Type Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency And Hot And Humid Stasis Resistance

Purpose:Pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae at present shows ascendant trend by years, and the course is long, This study aims to observe the formula with chinese herbs for Bu Shen Tiao Zhou method and Qing Li Hua Yu method in treating pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and observe the changes of sympton,signs,soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL-2R),interleukin 6(IL-6), designed to further develop the characteristics of TCM dialectical combination disease differentiation and improve the clinical effect.Methods:Choosing outpatients diagnosed spleen and kidney deficiency,damp and hot stasis resistance type of pelvic inflammatory disease sequela, useing of randomized method, we had selected 32 patients of this type, and 18 patients were divided into treatment group and control group in 14, the treatment group oral liquid form with formula of combining Bu Shen Tiao Zhou method with Qing Li Hua Yu method, the control group oral liquid form with formula of Qing Li Hua Yu method, in treatment group and control group were three menstrual cycles for one period of treatment.Before and after the treatment, all patients are evaluated of symptoms integra,Local signs integrals and observe the change of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL-2R),Interleukin 6(IL-6), complete analysis of drugs'efficacy and security.Results:1.The clinical total curative effect:the treatment group is 94.4%, with the control group is 78.6%, two groups have significant differences.2.The symptoms,signs of the treatment group and control group are improving, but the improvement of the treatment group is better than that of the control group, and differences between groups was statistically significant.3.After treatment, SIL-2R and IL-6 result decreased, and the comparative differences between groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:The Bu Shen Tiao Zhou method for treating pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae, according to the normal cycle recuperation of women, adjusting patients' neuroendocrine function immune function,hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad function and improving pelvic blood flow, compared with Qing Li Hua Yu method, can significantly improve patients with symptoms and signs, improve the body's immune system, enhance the defence function of the organism, so the treatment of Bu Shen Tiao Zhou method for pelvic inflammatory disease sequela is more effective.
