Study On Correlactivity Of TCM Syndrome Of Ovulation Failure Infertility With Levels Of Sexual Hormones

Objective:The Purpose of this study is to explore syndromes differential of ovulation failure infertility, and the correlactivity of TCM syndrome of ovulation failure infertility with levels of sexual hormones to lay the foundation to Work out the objeetive, aPPlieable and workable standards of syndromes for clinic, then to direet TCM treatment for ovulation failure infertility.Methods:One hundred and six of ovulation failure infertility were selected,and classified by syndrome types.The sexual hormones levels between the third to the seventh of menses were used as indexes.Results:1.One hundred and six of ovulation failure infertility were selected,the age were between twenty-two to thirty-seven,the course of disease were between one year to seven years.2.76cases (72%) of ovulation failure infertilitywere complex syndromes,30cases(28%) of ovulation failure infertility were single syndrome, follow degree of seniority,ganyu-shenxu(35cases),ganyu-xueyu(25cases),shenxu-xueyu(16cases,ganyu(13cases),tanshi (12cases),shenxu(5cases).3.73cases(68%)were primary infertility,33cases were afterwards infertility. That primary infertility was majority of Ovulatory infertility.4.1n the collection of cases,basal body temperature of a large proportion were single-phase, descripte anovulatory ovulatory infertility.5.In the collection of cases, Menstrual abnormalities in proportion to the order of the late period, folders blood clots, menstruation, the color dark red, has no regular menstruation.6.In the collection of cases,the frequency distribution of the main symptoms were high breast tenderness,dysmenorrhea, Yaoxisuanruan,mental fatigue, loose stools.7. In the collection of cases, the pink tongue, dark-based, tongue side of teeth marks, a larger proportion of petechia petechiae, pulse string, weak Chi pulse, thin dominated.8.FSH Level inthe group of ShenXu,GanYu-ShenXu was higher than the others, having significance. 9.LH Level between any two groups had no significance.10.E2 Level in the group of ShenXu,ShenXu-XueYu was lower than the others, having no significance.11.PRL Level in the group of GanYu was higher than the others, having significance.12.T Level in the group of TanShi,GanYu-ShenXu was higher than the others, having no significance.
