Objective:To explore the effect of various factors on premarital Sexual behavior of adolescent, and identify the key factors, in order to provide the basis for reducing incidence and dangerous of Sexual behavior, preventing the accidental pregnancy and abortion, improving their reproductive health level and formulating pertinence policies and measures.Methods:the study mainly surveied the 271 unmarried youth by a questionnaire. The anonymous electronic questionnaire is self-designed to assess the information of target population, the KAP(knowledge,attitude and practice) of individual reproductive health, and the needs of reproductive health service. At the same time, the author interviewed three hospitals which are divided into three types, and five adolescent who had history of abortion. besides, nine private special hospital were surveied online.To figure out the causes of factors and influence,the author uesed qualitative research while using the quantitative analysis.Results:the research results shows that age, education level, gender, peer influences, self-habitude about sex, consciousness of responsibility, media and social influence are the most important factors which affect adolescent premarital Sexual behavior.Conclusion:The premarital sexual behavior of adolescent was the result of multi-factors comprehensive action. We should have adopt comprehensive social health strategies to reduce the dangerous Sexual behavior and accidental pregnancy. To build Bridges with NGOs as the center, would be able to effectively integrate and use various resources. We can bring the formal channels' and NOGs' superiority and potential into full play through the professional guidance. The key point of intervention focuses on increasing value guidancenon-government organization. By giving them scientific knowledge, improving their own health consciousness and sense of responsibility appears more important. Through their initiative,we can decrease and prevent casual, unsafe sexual behavior,and improve the current situation.
