Object:This project aims to observe abnormal changes of subchondral bone(articular surface, cancellous bone, carina between condyle and tibial lateral) of the degeneration of tibial plateau in X-ray, CT and MRI imaging manifestations. To analyze tibial degeneration process in bone structure and morphology, tibial stress and a clear understanding of the knee function and clinical significance. Method:Choose elderly knee as the research object, by age group And take 20-30year tibial plateau normal as contrast group. For each group of knee is taken X-ray(DR) ,CT,MPR Result:The X,CT results showed that platform lateral lip-like hyperplasia, stinging, bone superfluous, free ; carina became tine, coarseness ,fractured . articular surface thickening, thins, missing collapse.;cancellous bone osteoporosis, become hardened,cyst-like; free body by platform. MRI can be found bone marrow edema, abnormal signal of hyperplasia and cyst-like changesConclusion:imaging changes of Subchondral bone Degeneration varied, degree and time of appear differs somewhat.Eminentia intercondylaris and platform edge appears degeneration earlier, then osseous hyperplasia of articular surface changes arise, cancellous bone change, the platform nest collapse or becoming flat is relatively late performance; MRI can find articular surface under bone marrow oedema , MRI has a great significance in estimation of knee function.
